At North Italia, Amprite delivered architectural and decorative lighting, full kitchen power, and the back-of-house distribution that keeps a high-volume restaurant running through every dinner rush.
Working inside an operating mall meant tight delivery windows and constant coordination with center management. We kept the project on its hospitality timeline without compromising the quality of the finished space.
A restaurant is two electrical projects in one. Front of house lives and dies on lighting quality — architectural and decorative fixtures, dimming, and color temperature that flatter the room and the plate. Back of house is a power problem: dedicated circuits and distribution sized for hood systems, refrigeration, cooking lines, and the equipment loads that keep a high-volume kitchen running through a full dinner service. Amprite delivered both at North Italia in Green Hills.
Building inside an operating shopping center adds a second rulebook on top of the electrical one. Deliveries, hot work, and any tie-in to base-building power run through center management on tight, off-hours windows, and the space has to be turned over on a hospitality timeline that doesn't move. Amprite coordinated with mall operations and the general contractor so the finish-grade result landed on schedule without disrupting neighboring tenants.
