Campus work means phasing around students. Amprite sequenced the electrical remodel so occupied spaces stayed safe and powered while finished areas were brought up to current standards.

Renovating an occupied university building means the calendar drives the electrical plan, not the reverse. Amprite phased the student-center remodel so that classrooms, dining, and common areas stayed energized and code-compliant while adjacent zones were taken down to studs, rewired, and re-lit. Temporary power, clear circuit labeling, and daily coordination with campus facilities kept students and staff safe in the spaces still in use.

The lighting scope went beyond swapping fixtures. Bringing common areas up to current standards typically means new energy-code-compliant fixtures, occupancy and daylight controls, and emergency and egress lighting verified against inspection — the kind of work that has to be commissioned and documented so the university's facilities team can maintain it for years after the crews leave.
